When it comes to nutrition and fitness, there is not a one size fits all. As humans, we are all very unique and therefore require a 100% individualized plan to reach our wellness goals. As your coach it is my job and passion to design a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, add muscle mass, create a healthier relationship with food, improve your gut health or create longevity, I have the tools for you. Whichever route we go, we will ensure your plan is created with a happy, healthy and sustainable lifestyle as the end goal.

You will be shown how to BREAK up with the habits no longer serving you, BUILD a foundation of healthy habits that help you thrive, create BALANCE with food, exercise and life and most importantly how to BELIEVE in yourself and your ability to be the healthiest, happiest version of you!

Let’s be honest, a lifestyle change is a journey that requires more than just a month or two of work. The 1:1 coaching program requires a minimum 6 month commitment.
